About the job Based at the Mandarin Oriental Al Faisaliah Riyadh within the Engineering Department in Riyadh, the Electrical Supervisor is responsible for assist in the coordination of all maintenance & repairs of the facilities and equipment. Responsible for the day-to-day operations within the property maintenance department ensuring plant and equipment operate with the least amount of down time. Maintain the complex facility, including the physical building structure, all mechanical, electrical, HVAC systems and related equipment in accordance with energy conservation and preventative maintenance programs. As Electrical Supervisor, you will be responsible for the following duties: • To supervise employees in his section for attendance at work and quality of job performance. • Supervises the electronic workshop including the equipment. • Provide support to Engineering Managers to assist in meeting the strategic goals of the department. • Supervise and control the Maintenance Request System. • Supervise the daily operation and maintenance of buildings, electrical and mechanical services, water features, fixtures, furnishings and equipment. • Liaise and supervise Property Maintenance Contractors on site and ensure appropriate standards are met.
