Key Responsibilities: Oversee employee welfare programs and initiativesAct as the first point of contact for employee grievances and resolve workplace conflictsPromote a positive work environment and employee engagementAssist in the development and implementation of HR policies and proceduresMaintain employee records and ensure compliance with Qatar labor lawsOrganize training, development programs, and wellness activitiesSupport recruitment, onboarding, and induction processesMonitor attendance, leaves, and performance management processesCoordinate with government and external agencies for statutory compliance Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related fieldMinimum of 2 3 years of experience in an HR or employee welfare roleKnowledge of Qatar labor laws and HR best practicesStrong interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skillsAbility to handle sensitive and confidential informationProficient in MS Office and HRIS systems (preferred) Desired Skills & Experience Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related fieldMinimum of 2 3 years of experience in an HR or employee welfare roleKnowledge of Qatar labor laws and HR best practicesStrong interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skillsAbility to handle sensitive and confidential informationProficient in MS Office and HRIS systems (preferred)
