Approves essential engineering drawings and calculations, including both design and field documentation related to the CSA discipline. Ensures effective coordination of assigned engineering work within various project groups, promoting collaborative project execution. • Mentors and trains engineers, scientists, designers, and drafters, providing hands-on guidance to foster their professional growth. Communicates openly and confidently on all CSA-related technical and business matters throughout the organization. Education and Experience Requirements: • Skilled in oral and written communication. Able to work in project groups with shared-work teams globally, to progress project deliverables. • A recognized degree in a job-related engineering or scientific discipline from an accredited college or university, or a professional license in an appropriate engineering discipline from a recognized licensing board. • At least 15 years of experience in the Energy Transition, Petrochemical and / or Oil and Gas industry. • Proven track record of leadership in a group supervisor role and strong familiarity with Bechtel’s own work processes and standards. • Experience in executing Middle Eastern projects, brownfield experience and familiarity with Aramco standards and specifications is highly desirable. Required Knowledge and Skills: • Pre-FEED, FEED and PMC experiences in related types projects. • Broad knowledge of industry codes and standards such as Saudi Building Code, AISC, ACI, OSHA, PIP, ASCE, etc. • Thorough understanding of the roles played by other engineering disciplines and departments on projects, and their interfaces with the CSA team, including construction practices and the economics involved. • Knowledge and understanding of commercial aspects and procurement strategy of Structural Steel, and other CSA bulks • Thorough understanding of Engineering planning and control methods. • Knowledge of the application of Engineering to plant constructability as applied to construction methods and materials. • Able to troubleshoot issues in a field or job site setting confidently, and to provide instruction on how to resolve issues identified. • Able to provide training on CSA design approaches, information needs, deliverables and CSA disciplines interfaces with other disciplines (etc.) for groups within and external to Civil, Structural/Architectural Engineering, as required. Project Overview: Jubail is one of Bechtel’s most remarkable achievements—a city built from the sand up, requiring vast resources and logistical planning on an unprecedented scale. It the biggest civil engineering project in modern times—and it's getting bigger. Bechtel has managed the Jubail project, located in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia, since it began in the mid-1970s. Saudi Arabian Bechtel Company (SABCO) serves as the Management Services Contractor (MSC), or “owner’s representative” for our client, the Royal Commission (RC). We are the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) managers, managing design submissions from local AE firms, and overseeing the actual construction work being performed by local contractors and sub-contractors in Jubail and Ras-Al-Khair Industrial Cities. In June 2021, Bechtel’s contract with the Royal Commission was renewed for another 5 years with work focusing on building new residential communities, iconic buildings/ bridges, major site preparation, commercial buildings, mosques, schools, hospitals, sports facilities, clinics, universities, utility services and infrastructure (electrical sub-stations, lift stations), roads and highways, port & pipeline expansions, and more. Job Summary: In this role, you will provide project field engineering support with work planning and packaging, material management, quantity verification and validation, safety and quality control, technical inspection and testing knowledge, and coordination of system turnover. Your work will contribute to ensuring field engineering activities operate safely, are complete, and conform to quality standards and project requirements. especially NC Standard Good Dialysis Care and NC Standard Hygiene and Infection Control • Performs patient connection and disconnection • Performs correct anticoagulation of extracorporeal circuit and administers medication during treatment, in line with patient prescription • Monitors patients during treatment and informs physician of changes which need medical attention • Properly handle tunnel and non-tunnel central venous catheters • Performs patient education with regards to managing their health conditions, e.g. nutrition, hygiene, fistula care, etc • Assists patients in haemostasis after dialysis treatment whenever needed • Performs blood sampling for lab tests • Performs emergency interventions and resuscitation procedures • Handle (prepare and distribute) meals to patients, if applicable • Assists patients on arrival to and departure from dialysis unit, if applicable • Prepared bed/chairs for patient treatment, if applicable • Performs other examinations with proper medical equipment, e.g. BCM, ECG, etc. • Prepares and administers medication and anticoagulation Dialysis supplies and disposables: • Checks availability integrity and validity of dialysis disposables, disinfectants and other necessary materials and medication for each of allocated dialysis stations, before the treatment • Brings dialysis supplies from storage to dialysis treatment room, in line with hygiene and infection control procedures • Supervises and/or performs collection of nonmedical and medical waste, in line with hygiene and infection control standards and procedures Dialysis machine manipulation: • Performs machine start, internal & external disinfection, adds bicarbonate supply and other disposables and performs all other necessary tests and procedures before, during and after the treatment Announces Head Nurse or technician of any irregularities in machine functioning • Primes circuits, connects bloodlines and needles in line with existing procedures • Sets treatment parameters in line with the medical prescription • If applicable, performs systems start and shut-down procedures, i.e water system, CDS, etc • Checks service label, potential equilibration cables and status of latest hydraulic disinfection • May perform dialysis machine replacement Documentation: • Performs documentation of treatment, as required by procedures Cooperation with others: • Support, help, teach other nurses as necessary, mentoring less experienced personnel if required by Head Nurse • Gives all necessary information to nurses in next shift or to physicians, psychologists, and other clinical functions Peritoneal Dialysis tasks (if applicable): • Performs patient education on: hygiene, nutrition and basic PD knowledge for CAPD and APD, complications and emergency situation • Participates to and supports the PD treatment initiation • Periodically assess and document patient status: blood pressure, heart rate, presence of oedema, body temperature, diuresis, body weight and ultrafiltration • Verifies that patients are correctly performing PD treatment • Supervises and is responsible for the hygiene status of PD treatment room, including the correct disposal of contaminated waste • Strictly follows the physician requirements in regards to patient assessment: o Lab test sampling, storage and sending o Gathering test results and recording them in patient files o Follows patients to different tests recommended by the physician o Performs peritoneal QA tests Key Performance Indicators Efficiency of treatments performed • Patient outcomes related to nursing procedures • Patient satisfaction related to quality of care • Absenteeism and general behavior 1) Required training and education: Registered General Nurse diploma Applicable dialysis training programmed 2) Required professional experience (in years): Dialysis nursing experience and proper fundamental dialysis nursing training required before directly caring for patients 3) Important personal qualities: • Professional attitude characterized by an efficient and patient oriented working style • Trustworthiness • Ability to cooperate with others in a supportive and efficient manner • Social competence, with an empathetic and sincere personality • Structured methodical approach leading to pragmatic and effective work • Level of flexibility, openness and empathy well balanced with high resilience, persuasiveness, self-confidence and good ability to work under pressure 4) Other specialized knowledge: a) Technical knowledge • Nursing & hygiene standards • Nursing practice standards b) Languages English Local Language c) IT skills Comfortable with MS Office standard applications d) Product knowledge Knowledge on dialysis services and products Saudi commission for health specialties need to be valid (SCFHS Certificate)
