Key Qualifications and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline. Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, preferably in a PMC or multidisciplinary consulting environment. Proven experience with building construction projects, including concrete, steel, masonry, and finishes. Strong understanding of site supervision practices, quality control procedures, and construction sequencing. Familiarity with international codes and standards for civil/structural engineering.
