Project Management & Construction Coordination • Support the Construction Manager in project execution and task delegation. • Oversee and coordinate construction engineering to ensure timely deliverables and execution. • Ensure construction execution aligns with design dossiers, technical referential, project schedule, and budget. • Monitor EPC contractor deliverables and verify progress for milestone validations. • Ensure implementation of Company construction management strategies and specifications. • Monitor In-Country Value (ICV) plan implementation (local workforce, suppliers). Technical Support & Quality Assurance • Review contractor’s key deliverables, ensuring compliance with design and construction specifications. • Ensure interfaces between packages are identified and coordinated. • Validate design consistency and integration across LNG facilities. • Contribute to risk assessments, audits, and peer reviews. Construction Execution Oversight • Participate in site supervision and contractor coordination when required. • Review progress and contribute to internal construction reporting. • Track and escalate schedule risks or deviations; propose mitigation actions. • Follow up with site teams to ensure area readiness and proper work fronts. • Ensure quality and completeness of final documentation from contractors and vendors. • Coordinate with EPC contractors on work plans, method statements, and execution strategies. • Monitor the effectiveness of contractor construction management systems. • Support commissioning interface and system handover readiness. Administration & Continuous Improvement • Follow up on construction-related administrative processes. • Ensure confidentiality of project documentation. • Lead or attend all construction planning and coordination meetings. • Maintain construction tracking tools and close-out actions. • Prepare Lessons Learned and REX during EPC phase. Required Qualifications & Experience Education • Engineering degree (required) Experience • 10+ years of oil & gas construction experience, preferably on large-scale projects • Experience from both owner and contractor perspectives Technical Expertise • Construction management and EPC coordination • Strong knowledge of O&G construction standards and practices • Pre-commissioning and commissioning interface experience • Experience in documentation control and QA/QC HSE • Strong safety culture and demonstrated leadership in HSE compliance Soft Skills • Effective communicator and team player in multinational environments • Strong planning, reporting, and organizational skills • Capable of influencing decisions regarding safety, schedule, and cost Languages • Fluent English (written and spoken) • Arabic or French is a plus
