Design and oversee the construction of infrastructure projects, ensuring structural integrity and compliance with building codes and safety regulations.Manage and coordinate MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems design, installation, and commissioning, ensuring optimal performance and energy efficiency.Conduct site investigations and feasibility studies to assess project requirements, site conditions, and potential challenges.Prepare detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and calculations using CAD software and other relevant tools.Review and approve shop drawings, submittals, and material selections, ensuring adherence to design intent and quality standards.Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and resolve any design or construction issues.Monitor project progress, track budgets, and manage change orders to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.Perform quality control inspections and testing to verify compliance with specifications and industry best practices.Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and building codes to enhance design solutions and project outcomes.Prepare comprehensive reports, documentation, and presentations to communicate project status, findings, and recommendations. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Mechanical/Electrical Engineering is required.Possession of a Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent is highly preferred.Minimum 5+ years of experience in civil or MEP engineering, with a focus on building design and construction.Proven experience in designing and managing complex projects, including infrastructure, commercial, or residential developments.Demonstrated proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software for design and analysis.Solid understanding of building codes, construction standards, and regulatory requirements.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve design and construction issues.Experience in the Middle East or GCC region is a plus.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
