Transba Medical Services is looking for Sales & Marketing Officer

Job Description / Responsibility

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team.

Key roles and responsibilities as below:
• Generate new Lead through Medical College / Hospital /Clinic visit, Digital Channels, Medical exhibitions and Lead generation calls by engaging key stakeholders such as Users (Doctors), Hospital Departmental Head Biomedical engineers and decision makers.
• Conduct market research to identify potential leads and opportunities in both public and private healthcare sectors.
• Collect market information accurately and facilitate the building of a customer database in the company CRM system.
• Provide demonstrations and educational sessions on the benefit of respective medical equipment to targeted customers.
• Build relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders at hospitals, clinics and diagnostic centers.
• Develop custom solutions and pricing models to meet the needs of different customer segments.
• Ensure timely follow-ups and after-sales support to increase customer retention.
• Gather information on competitor products, pricing and market trends.
• Develop in depth product knowledge of company products
• Collaborate with sales coordinator to ensure timely quotation submission, order processing documentation and provide timely and accurate information in response to customer’s inquiries
• Achievement of monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field
• Fresh candidates are also encouraged to apply
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, confident, and eager to learn
• Willingness to travel frequently within Bangladesh
• Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Educational Requirements
• Bachelor/Honors
• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
