MZM Textiles Limited is looking for Doctor / Medical Officer

Job Description / Responsibility
• Provide general medical care and first aid to factory employees.
• Conduct medical fitness examinations and issue age-fitness certificates for new workers.
• Conduct routine health check-ups and maintain accurate medical records.
• Diagnose and treat common illnesses, injuries, and occupational health issues.
• Prescribe medicines and advise on further diagnostics or treatment when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with health, hygiene, safety, and compliance requirements.
• Provide health & safety training, first aid training, and awareness sessions for workers.
• Maintain proper documentation and follow company health policy.
• Monitor patient progress, treatment outcomes, and follow-up schedules

Educational Requirements
• Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery(MBBS)
• MBBS or equivalent medical degree from a recognized institution.

Experience Requirements
• 2 to 3 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
• Textile

Additional Requirements
• Minimum 2–3 years of clinical experience (factory/occupational health experience preferred).
• Strong communication skills (Bangla/English).
• Ability to work in a factory/industrial environment.
