• AIH is looking for experienced candidates in hospital sales and marketing for the position of Assistant Manager.

Job Description / Responsibility
• The Assistant Manager – Marketing & Sales will develop and implement strategies to increase Surgery, IPD, and OPD patient inflow by managing leads, strengthening referral sources, and improving conversion rates.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with corporates, insurance companies, TPAs, banks, and embassies to ensure regular patient referrals and smooth coordination for corporate patients.
• Engage regularly with external consultants, doctors, rural medical practitioner, clinics, diagnostic centers, and referral doctors through field visits to enhance and sustain referral networks.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns, health camps, outreach programs, CME sessions, digital promotions, and branding initiatives to ensure strong visibility of Apollo Imperial Hospitals.
• Conduct market research to track patient trends, and business opportunities while preparing strategic reports with data-driven recommendations.
• Maintain accurate documentation of marketing activities, patient leads, corporate interactions, and referral updates, and prepare regular reports while collaborating with internal departments for operational improvement.

Educational Requirements
• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
