Bashundhara Group is looking for TSM/ASM (Civil Engineer) - Cement Sales

Job Description / Responsibility

We are looking for dynamic and experienced professionals with a Diploma/Bachelor's in Civil Engineering who are interested in cement sales. Candidates must have hands-on experience in cement/construction-related fields and be capable of providing technical support alongside sales activities.

Job Description / Responsibility:
• Responsible for achieving monthly sales targets and increasing market share.
• Maintaining liaisons with key departments to ensure the smooth functioning of sales operations.
• Generating new customers and ensuring market coverage in assigned areas.
• Attending customer/distributor’s inquiries, quoting price, taking orders, and following up on orders.
• Responsible for driving sales in the cement trade segment.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving customer complaints.
• Properly monitoring the daily activities of the sales executives in assigned areas.
• Maintaining good relationships with distributors & ensuring the optimum level of inventory at the distributor’s warehouse.

Educational Requirements
• Diploma in Civil
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
• Diploma/Bachelor`s in Civil Engineering
• Skills Required: Customer Relations, Sales Target Achievement, Trade sales, Presentation and Reporting, Cement Sales

Experience Requirements
• At least 2 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
• Cement Industry

Additional Requirements
• Candidate must have experience in cement trade sales.
