Job Summary

Based in Bahrain, our client is looking to recruit a General Manager to head an emerging travel and tour company that offers a wide range of services. From business trips to leisure holidays, our client provides and all-inclusive experience that covers ticketing, reservations, insurance, and even visa documents. The ideal candidate will not only have the criteria to fit the role but will also have market knowledge as well as worldwide connections.
Key Responsibilities

Manage budgetsSource products, tour packages, and destinations to meet consumer demand Manage and deliver on Agency's performanceLiaise with travel partners (Airlines, hotels, etc.) Identify innovative ideas for new businessActively promote the business and enter new niche markets
Key Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Travel, Tourism, or LeisureKnowledge of business, marketing, and financial managementAt least 10 years of experience in travel managementWith a focus on Luxury TravelMust have knowledge of or experience in the Bahraini MarketArabic preferred
