Position Function Summary

The
Technology, Innovation &AI Consultant

is responsible for driving MENABloom's digital transformation initiatives with a strong focus on artificial intelligence tools, automation, and emerging technologies. This role involves developing existing AI-driven solutions to enhance operational efficiency, content production, and client services and researching, implementing, and optimization of new tools and enhancements

The Consultant will lead MENABloom's innovation agenda across three pillars:
• AI Studio Development:

Developing MENABloom's AI Content Studio by establishing a hub of in-house and freelance experts skilled in AI-powered content creation.
2. Strategic Partnerships:

Establishing relationships with global AI and MarTech providers (influencer marketing, CRM, chatbots, brand-building tools) to position MENABloom as their key partner in KSA and the UAE.
3. Innovation Research:

Studying emerging technologies and optimizing and adding new innovative AI, data mining, and digital solutions for MENABloom's clients, ensuring the company remains at the forefront of digital innovation and aligned with Vision 2030 priorities.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

AI Tools Development & Integration
• Research, evaluate, and implement the latest
AI-powered tools

for content creation, video production, marketing automation, and data analytics.
- Train internal teams on how to use AI tools effectively for productivity and creativity.
- Customize AI solutions to meet MENABloom's specific business needs and client projects

Digital Transformation & Innovation
• Identify opportunities to digitize workflows, reduce manual processes, and improve efficiency.
• Lead initiatives for automation across different business units (HR, Finance, Marketing, Production).
• Stay updated with emerging technologies (machine learning, blockchain, AR/VR, cloud solutions) and advise leadership on adoption strategies.

Project Management & Technical Oversight
• Oversee technology-related projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with company objectives.
• Collaborate with the production and creative teams to integrate innovative tools in media production.
• Manage relationships with external vendors, startups, and tech providers.

Data & Analytics
• Develop and implement data-driven approaches for measuring campaign performance and business outcomes.
• Provide insights to improve strategic decision-making using AI-powered analytics tools.
• Ensure proper data security, compliance, and ethical use of AI technologies.

Collaboration & Business Development Support
• Support business development initiatives by showcasing MENABloom's tech capabilities to clients.
• Collaborate with the Business Development and PR teams to highlight innovation in pitches and proposals.
• Represent MENABloom at industry events and innovation forums to strengthen its reputation as a forward-thinking company.

Basic Profile Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in AI tools implementation, digital innovation, or technology consulting.
• Strong knowledge of emerging technologies and digital transformation strategies.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and automation tools.
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in both Arabic and English.

Technical Skills

PyTorch, Transformers, Scikit-learn, BERT/LLMs, Selenium

Pandas, Excel, BI dashboards (Tableau, PowerBI, Looker)

AI Expertise
• Proficiency in
Generative Content AI platforms

(Ex. Midjourney).
- Experience with
text-to-image, text-to-video, text-to-audio, and AI voice cloning tools

- Strong knowledge of
LLMs (GPT, Claude, LLaMA, Falcon, Mistral)

including fine-tuning and prompt engineering.
- Integration of AI tools with
Adobe Creative Suite

(Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Ability to build
end-to-end automated content workflows

for social media, influencer campaigns, and reporting.
- Familiarity with
CRM/MarTech integration

(HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho).
- Experience with
cloud-based AI deployment
