Position Overview

We are looking for a Python, Machine Learning, and SQL Developer who is passionate about building data-driven systems, solving real-world logistics challenges, and working in a fast-paced startup environment.

You will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing data pipelines, building machine learning models for predictive analytics, and integrating intelligent automation tools into our container management workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain backend systems using Python.
Design and implement SQL databases for large-scale container data.
Build and deploy machine learning models for predictive maintenance, logistics optimization, and anomaly detection.
Integrate APIs and automate data exchange between systems.
Collaborate with the operations and technical team to improve container tracking and reporting.
Requirements
Strong programming skills in Python (Pandas, NumPy, FastAPI/Django preferred).
Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms (classification, regression, clustering).
Experience with SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) — query optimization and database design.
Familiarity with data visualization tools (Matplotlib, Power BI, or similar).
Knowledge of Docker, Git, and REST APIs is a plus.
Problem-solving mindset and eagerness to work in a startup environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in CSE, EEE, or related fields.
1–3 years of experience (Fresh graduates with strong skills are also encouraged to apply).
Experience working with logistics, automation, or IoT projects is a plus.
