Qualifications:
Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in program and project management, with a significant focus on digital transformation initiatives. Proven track record of successfully delivering complex, large-scale technology programs. Expertise in Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies. Strong understanding of digital technologies, software development lifecycles, and cloud computing. Demonstrated experience in change management and stakeholder engagement. Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with program management software and collaboration tools. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively in a remote setting. PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications are highly desirable. Experience in (Specific Industry, e.g., E-commerce, Fintech, SaaS) is a plus.
