Job Context:
The position will be based in Factory, Bhaluka, Mymensingh, and is responsible for the continuous running of equipment and machinery.

Job Responsibilities:
Establish maintenance strategies to install and commission equipment
Plan routine maintenance of equipment and machinery
Analyze breakdowns, diagnose faults and supervise repairs of equipment
Provide technical expertise to maintenance people e.g. Supervisor, Foreman, Fitters etc.
Oversee and control maintenance cost
Schedule and obtain project material and manpower
Support ongoing preventative maintenance programme
Other tasks as and when required
