A leading Pharmaceutical company is actively recruiting a Sales & Marketing Manager for their Jeddah office.

The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Lead and execute sales and marketing strategies for the assigned products.
- Drive sales team performance and ensure achievement of revenue targets.
- Develop and implement marketing plans, product positioning, and promotional activities.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and sales data to support informed business decisions.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and business performance reports.

To be successful you will need to meet the following:
- Bachelor's degree. An Advanced degree is an advantage.
- Minimum 5 - 8 years of sales and marketing experience within the Pharmaceutical industry
- Must have specialty care experience (Oncology/Immunology/Hematology/Anti-Infective)
- Prior experience as a Product Manager is essential.
- Team management experience is a must.
