What is your role?
Wendler Interlining Bangladesh Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our sales team, focusing on the Chittagong market.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets in the Chittagong zone.
What do you need to do?
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, particularly in the Chittagong zone, to expand the customer base.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
• Regularly visit customers in the Chittagong zone.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
• Collaborate with the marketing and technical team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
• Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
• Report regularly to the Head Office in Dhaka.
What should you have?
• Minimum bachelor's degree in any discipline, with a preference for Marketing or a related field.
• Ability to manage and develop relationships effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be a resident of Chittagong.
• Possess a hunter mentality, be proactive and independent, and be willing to go the extra mile.
• Able to work and stay organized in a fastpaced environment.
• Willingness to travel throughout the territory and beyond as required.
• Strong sales and business development skills.
• 2 to 3 years of working experience in Bangladesh's garment sector.
