We are seeking a skilled Structural Engineer to join our reputed construction company in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in structural design and analysis, with a proven track record in delivering high-quality engineering solutions for various construction projects.

Responsibilities
• Design and analyze structural systems for various construction projects.
• Prepare detailed structural drawings and specifications.
• Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with design specifications.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineers to ensure project success.
• Review and approve shop drawings and submittals related to structural elements.
• Perform calculations and simulations to assess structural integrity and performance.
• Prepare technical reports and documentation for regulatory compliance.

Skills and Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Structural Engineering.
• 6-8 years of experience in structural design and analysis.
• Proficiency in structural analysis software such as SAP2000, ETABS, or STAAD Pro.
• Strong knowledge of building codes and construction standards.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate with various stakeholders.
• Experience with project management and coordination.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and other drafting software.
