Required VIP/Luxury Travel Agent

– 3+ years of leisure or luxury travel sales experience

– Experience working with VIP/luxury clienteles including higher classes of travel and full itinerary arrangements highly preferred

– Demonstrated experience with air, hotel, transfers, and concierge sales and a familiarity with supplier contracts, refunds, exchanges, commissions and net fare agreements.

– Excellent knowledge of international airfare routings and worldwide geography

– Exceptional oral and written communication skills

– Exceptional attention to detail

– Excellent problem solving skills with the ability to think independently & escalate issues as needed

– Strong reporting and analytical skills

– Knowledgeable in Amadeus and Galileo software preferred

– Local Hire Transferable Residency
