Job Description
Our client is seeking a visionary and results-driven Marketing Director to lead their digital marketing strategy. This is a fully remote leadership position responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. You will oversee all aspects of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, email marketing, and paid advertising. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in developing and implementing successful digital marketing strategies, with a strong understanding of analytics, performance tracking, and market trends.
Responsibilities: Develop and execute a data-driven digital marketing strategy aligned with business objectives. Manage and optimize all digital marketing channels to maximize ROI. Oversee the creation of compelling and engaging marketing content across various platforms. Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists. Analyze marketing campaign performance, generate reports, and provide actionable insights. Manage the digital marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources. Stay abreast of the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices. Collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure marketing efforts support business goals. Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer engagement and loyalty. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is required; an MBA is a plus. A minimum of 8 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 4 years in a leadership role, is essential. Proven experience in developing and executing successful SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing campaigns is mandatory. Strong analytical skills and proficiency with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot) are required. Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills are crucial. This is a remote role, but the successful candidate will be contributing to marketing efforts for a company with operations and customers in regions such as Zallaq, Southern, BH .
