Leading real estate development projects requires a strategic leader who can bridge office-based planning with on-site execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities

1. Project Planning and Execution
• Develop and implement project execution plans with detailed schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• Lead the planning, execution, and closure of large-scale residential, commercial, mixed-use, and/or hospitality projects.
• Ensure all project objectives align with the company's financial and brand goals.

2. Stakeholder and Communication Management
• Act as the primary liaison for stakeholders including senior management, investors, clients, consultants, contractors, and authorities.
• Facilitate effective communication and decision-making, resolve conflicts, and negotiate solutions to keep the project on track.

3. Design and Technical Management
• Review and approve design drawings, technical specifications, and material submissions.
• Lead external design consultants to ensure timely delivery of design packages meeting regulatory requirements.

4. Construction and Site Management
• Provide oversight of construction activities through site visits, progress meetings, and coordination with Site Management.
• Ensure contractors adhere to schedules, quality standards, and HSE protocols.

5. Risk, Quality, and Compliance Management
• Develop and maintain project-specific risk and quality management systems.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, ISO standards, and regulatory HSE requirements.

6. Qualifications, Experience, and Required Skill Set
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field (Master's preferred).
• Experience: 10+ years in project management with at least 5 years in senior leadership within real estate development.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale projects in the UAE/GCC.

Preferred Attributes
• Membership with professional bodies such as CIOB.
• Familiarity with sustainability and ESG requirements in construction is a plus.
