100 % Export Oriented Garments Company. is looking for Production Manager, WOVEN LADIES DRESS Garments

Job Description / Responsibility
• Develop daily, weekly, and monthly production system based on orders and shipment deadlines.
• Allocate style-wise production lines and optimize workflow.
• Ensure materials and trims are available for uninterrupted production.
• Monitor actual output vs. planned targets and revise plans when required.
• Implement lean manufacturing principles to minimize bottlenecks and improve productivity.
• Conduct regular production meetings with supervisors and line leaders.
• Ensure that quality standards are met at every stage of production.
• Collaborate with the QA team to control defects and reduce rework.
• Review pattern and sample issues and resolve technical problems on the production floor.
• Implement methods to reduce wastage in fabric, trims, and time.
• Improve production efficiency through updated information, and trained manpower.
• Supervise line supervisors, tailors, helpers, and production staff.
• Conduct training to enhance operator skills, especially for complex woven dress styles.
• Foster a safe, disciplined, and smooth working environment.
• Coordinate with Merchandising, IE (Industrial Engineering), QA, Cutting, and Maintenance teams.
• Provide regular updates on production status, challenges, and resource requirements.
• Attend PP meetings to discuss production related issues or production progress.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and compliance requirements.
• Maintain documentation related to related audits.
• Conduct any other task assigned by the management.

Educational Requirements
• Bachelor/Honors
• Bachelor’s/master’s degree in any subject from a reputed institution (Educational qualification may be relaxed for the highly experienced/outstanding candidate).

Experience Requirements
• 10 to 12 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
• Garments,Textile

Additional Requirements
• Good Communication skills in Bangla and English.
• Computer Skill: Microsoft office Applications.
• Should be able to stay near the factory.
• Leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong knowledge of WOVEN patterns, styles, sewing techniques, and garment construction.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
