span>Oman International Hospital is seeking a dedicated and experienced Post Cardiac Surgery CCU Nurse to provide specialized care to patients recovering from cardiac surgery in the Critical Care Unit (CCU). The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality nursing care, closely monitor patient conditions, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal recovery.br> br>Key Responsibilities:br>Provide direct nursing care to post-cardiac surgery patients in the CCU, including monitoring vital signs, hemodynamic status, and cardiac rhythmsbr>Administer medications, blood products, and intravenous therapies as prescribedbr>Assist in the management of ventilators and other life-support equipmentbr>Observe and report any changes in patient condition to physicians and senior nursing staff promptlybr>Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation in compliance with hospital policiesbr>Educate patients and families about postoperative care, medication, and lifestyle modificationsbr>Ensure adherence to infection control, safety protocols, and hospital regulationsbr>Participate in multidisciplinary rounds and contribute to care planning and evaluationbr> br>Qualifications & Experience:br>Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalentbr>Valid nursing license to practice in Omanbr>Minimum 3 5 years nursing experience, with at least 2 years in critical care or cardiac care settingsbr>Experience caring for post-cardiac surgery patients is essentialbr>Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification requiredbr>Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills/span> Experience/ 3 to 5 years Qualification Level/ Medical Professionals Job Function/ Nurse / Healthcarebr> Skillset/ Expertise in cardiac care and post-operative nursing Preferred Jobseekers/ Locally available candidates only apply for this job
