Job Description
Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.Schedule appointments and manage bookings through the clinic's system.Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp messages, providing accurate information and assistance.Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other departments to ensure seamless patient experience.Handle patient registration, insurance verification, and billing inquiries.Maintain confidentiality and uphold the privacy of patient information.Resolve patient concerns or escalate to the clinic manager when needed.Collect feedback from patients to improve service delivery.Ensure the front desk area is clean and welcoming at all times. Education: Minimum high school diploma; Bachelor's degree preferred.Experience: 1–3 years in a customer service or front desk role, preferably in healthcare or hospitality.Language Skills: Fluent in English (Arabic, Hindi, Malayalam, or Urdu is a plus).Technical Skills: Familiarity with clinic management software, MS Office, and general computer literacy.Soft Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
