Job Description / Responsibility
• Supervise, train, and motivate office assistants while balancing workload.
• Enforce stringent security protocols both inside and outside the office.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic office environment.
• Treat all talents and guests with respect and hospitality.
• Manage real-time updates of office inventory.
• Efficiently manage phone calls and correspondence.
• Coordinate meetings and appointments for executives.
• Monitor office meals, grocery expenses, and kitchen activities.
• Update and maintain financial records including purchases, rents, and bills.
• Ensure adherence to office protocols and monitor compliance.
• Coordinate Company CSR initiatives across departments.
• Follow up on driver duties and conduct regular security checkups.
• Act as a liaison for seamless communication among departments.
Educational Requirements
• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
• Skills Required: Administration, Presentable in Appearance and Attitude, Deadline Driven
Experience Requirements
• At least 2 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): IT Enabled Service
