We are Digital Drive Academy, a fast-growing digital marketing agency - is looking for a skilled, data-driven and energetic Meta Ads Expert to join our on-site team in Chittagong.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Setting up and managing Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram)
• Researching audiences, layering interests and creating Lookalike Audiences
• Building campaigns that drive Sales, Leads, Conversions or Traffic
• Optimizing daily budgets.
• Running A/B tests to find the winning creatives, copies and audiences
• Handling Pixel, CAPI, event setup & custom conversions
• Reading the numbers (CPC, CTR, CPM, CPA, ROAS) and making decisions that improve performance
• Creating retargeting funnels that bring back potential customers
• Guiding the creative team with ad copy, graphics & video requirements
• Preparing clear weekly performance reports

Who We’re Looking For
• Someone with 1+ years of hands-on Meta Ads experience
• Practical experience in E-commerce and/or Lead Generation campaigns
• Good understanding of Pixel, CAPI & event setup
• Familiarity with Google Analytics or Tag Manager is a plus
• Strong analytical thinker who understands what the numbers mean
• Can build high-performing ad structures
• Self-motivated, proactive and focused on results
