Job Description
Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Promotions Manager to plan, develop, and execute promotional campaigns that enhance brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and increase sales. This role requires a strong mix of strategic thinking, project management, and hands-on execution across multiple marketing channels.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement promotional strategies and campaigns in assigned region aligned with the company’s marketing and business objectives.Plan and execute seasonal, product-specific, and brand-level promotions to boost awareness and conversion.Coordinate with design, digital, and content teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all promotional materials.Ensure cost-effective allocation of resources.Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.Collaborate with sales and product teams to align promotions with product launches, pricing strategies, and customer needs.Negotiate with external vendors, media partners, and agencies to maximize promotional impact.Identify new marketing opportunities and emerging trends to enhance campaign effectiveness.Oversee the production of marketing collateral, promotional materials, and digital assets.Ensure all promotional activities comply with brand guidelines and regulatory requirements. Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.3–5 years of experience in marketing, promotions, or campaign management (preferably in a consumer-facing industry).Following certificates are mandatory:-UAE Financial Rules and Regulations;-International Certificate in Wealth and Investment Management (Level 3)Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail.Experience with digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Creative mindset with a strong understanding of consumer behavior and market trends.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
