Work Schedule
• Location: Uttara, Dhaka
• Hours: 11:30 AM – 8:30 PM
• Days: 6 days/week (office-based)
• Weekend: Sunday

Job Responsibilities

This role is a dynamic blend of sales support, administration, and team enablement. Your duties will include:
• Achieve sales targets and support recruitment strategies
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various roles
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates and partners
• Conduct market research and track industry trends
• Communicate effectively in English and negotiate offers
• Support team performance and ensure compliance

Educational Requirements
• HSC
• Bachelor of Science (BSc)
• Bachelor of Arts (BA)
• Bachelor of Commerce (BCom)
• You don't need a university degree to have a successful career. Many famous people like Bill Gates and Richard Branson didn't finish college.
• We prefer people who have finished high school or have a higher level of education.
• Skills Required: Education Marketing, Visa Processing, Immigration Consultancy, Manpower Recruiting, Manpower Agency, immigration visa processing
