Marketing: Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns (digital, print, and events). Support the creation of promotional materials, social media posts, and website content. Conduct market research to identify trends, target markets, and competitive positioning.Coordinate with design and content teams for marketing collateral development. Manage and update company’s social media channels and track engagement metrics. Help organize marketing events, trade shows, webinars, and client outreach programs. Analyze marketing data and prepare performance reports. Business Development: Identify new business opportunities through lead generation, cold calling, networking, and partnerships. Assist in client acquisition by reaching out to potential customers and scheduling meetings.Prepare and present business proposals, quotations, and presentations to clients. Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients. Support in drafting business development strategies to achieve revenue targets. Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, sales, operations) to ensure smooth execution of projects. Maintain CRM records and regularly update client databases. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field. MBA (Marketing/Business Development) is a plus. Experience: 0–2 years in marketing, sales, or business development (internships or project experience acceptable). Skills Required: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good understanding of marketing principles and business development processes. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms. Excellent presentation and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
