Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Site Engineer - Civil to oversee construction operations at our **Muharraq, Muharraq, BH** project site. This is a critical on-site role requiring strong leadership and a comprehensive understanding of civil engineering and construction management. You will be responsible for the planning, execution, and supervision of all civil engineering aspects of the project, ensuring adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage all civil engineering aspects of construction projects on-site. Develop and implement detailed construction plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies. Supervise and direct site engineers, foremen, and labor force to ensure efficient execution of work. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders to ensure seamless workflow. Monitor construction progress, identify potential delays, and implement corrective actions. Ensure all civil works are performed in strict accordance with design drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies and procedures on site. Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks. Manage site documentation, including daily reports, progress logs, and material records. Resolve technical issues and disputes that arise during construction. Liaise with the client, consultants, and regulatory authorities as required. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. A minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in civil construction, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or lead role. Professional Engineer (PE) license is an advantage. Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, construction methods, and materials. Proficiency in reading and interpreting civil engineering drawings and specifications. Experience with project management software and techniques. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, solve complex problems, and make sound decisions under pressure.
