On-Site (Banasree, Dhaka)

Experience Level:
Entry-Level / Freshers with Training/Course Completed

Salary Range:
BDT 15,000-25,000/month

Key Responsibilities
• Assist in planning and executing ad campaigns across
Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, and YouTube
• Monitor and optimize campaign performance to meet ROI targets
• Work with creative and marketing teams to align messaging
• Conduct
audience research

and
competitor analysis
- Support customer service and lead follow-ups
- Prepare performance reports and suggest improvements
- Explore and apply
AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, etc.)

for insights and efficiency
- Stay updated with the latest
digital marketing & ad tech trends

Qualifications
• Strong motivation to build a career in
digital marketing/media buying
• Familiarity with
Meta Ads Manager

and
Google Ads Platform
- Understanding of digital channels (Facebook, Google, YouTube, etc.)
- Knowledge of websites, SEO, Google Business Profile, and other digital tools
- Regular user of
AI tools

and updated with trends in AI & marketing tech
- Completed
online/offline digital marketing or related training/courses

(encouraged to apply even if no formal work experience)
- 1 year of experience preferred

(not mandatory)

৳15,000 – ৳25,000 (Monthly)
