Job Role & Responsibilities:

Identify potential clients, pitch our digital marketing and IT software solutions, and convert leads into business opportunities and revenue growth.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure continued business and referrals.
Engage in tele-calling and on-premise client visits as part of lead generation, client acquisition, and revenue growth activities.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
Coordinate with the digital marketing team to understand campaign performance and optimize marketing strategies.
Prepare and present business proposals and service presentations to clients.
Manage CRM tools to track prospects, follow-ups, and sales pipelines.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and competitive landscape.
Participate in networking events, industry meet-ups, and webinars to represent Webtree Software Solutions.

Requirements:

Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 1 2 years of proven experience in sales, with a strong record of target achievement.
Verified competence in lead generation, client acquisition and conversion and driving revenue growth in the digital marketing sector.
Prior experience in managing international clientele will be a significant advantage and highly valued for this role.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Goal-driven with a focus on achieving sales and revenue targets.
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics is an added advantage.
