Job Description / Responsibility

Catalyst Solutions, a multinational company based in the USA and Canada, seeks several dynamic IT professionals to ensure seamless internet connectivity. This is paramount to guarantee uninterrupted access to our services for our esteemed Fortune 500 clients worldwide, 24/7, 365 days a year. Given our standing as a data analytics firm, adherence to the ISO 27001:2013 standard is foundational to our operations.

Responsibilities-
• Ensure 24/7 internet access at all times, with the bandwidth that has been procured from our ISP across all offices.
• Ensuring that every workstation functions properly and that every employee complies with our internal IT guidelines.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
• Keep an updated inventory of all electronic devices.
• Ensure data security compliance, in accordance with ISO 27001:2013, for all personnel, from Office Assistants to the Managing Director.
• Utilizing IP cameras consistently to ensure continuous access for management and to mitigate any potential failures.
• Ensuring fail-safe is installed in all IT equipment.
• Documentation:
• Maintain achievement lists and Career Scorecards for personal career growth.
• Complete and fill out checklists promptly.
• Maintain maintenance logs and IT incident reports with accurate data.
• Show aptitude for learning new technology to enhance the IT infrastructure in alignment with our US office.
• Assist the recruitment team in hiring IT personnel.
• Collaborating as a team to support other departments, irrespective of geographical boundaries..
• The IT department is responsible for managing any equipment that operates on electricity, including bulbs, fans, voltage stabilizers etc.

Educational Requirements
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering
• Diploma in Engineering in Telecommunication
• Skills Required: IT Support Service, Hard Working, Computer Hardware and Networking, Computer Troubleshooting, Internet Service Provider, CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate)

Experience Requirements
• At least 1 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Software Company,IT Enabled Service,ISP,Computer Hardware/Network Companies,Multinational Companies
