As a member of the Country Management Team, the Head of HR will be the interface between the business and HR and will be responsible for formulating and delivering the relevant HR/People agenda for Qatar, aligning to both the Group HR and Qatar strategic agendas.

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organisation's goals and objectives.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention processes to attract and maintain top talent.
• Ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations
• Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and fostering a positive workplace culture
• Lead performance management initiatives, including appraisals and development plans.
• Collaborate with leadership to provide guidance on organisational structure and workforce planning.
• Analyse HR metrics to drive informed decision-making and continuous improvement
• Oversee compensation, benefits, and payroll processes to ensure accuracy and fairness
