Key Responsibilities
• Participate in a structured graduate training program, including classroom sessions, job rotations, and on-the-job assignments.
• Support daily operations of the assigned department (e.g., Administration, HR, Finance, Operations, Engineering, or IT).
• Assist with data entry, documentation, and reporting tasks to gain hands-on experience.
• Learn company policies, procedures, and best practices to contribute effectively to the team.
• Engage with mentors and line managers to enhance technical and professional skills.
• Contribute to projects and initiatives by providing fresh ideas and solutions.

Qualifications & Requirements
• Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, HR, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
• Experience:
Fresh graduate (0–3 years of work experience).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, eager to learn, and adaptable to different work environments.
• Basic computer literacy (MS Office).
• English proficiency required.
