Job Description / Responsibility

Context:

A skilled professional to manage the sales and marketing activities of the company’s substation and power equipment, while driving market expansion.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies for substation materials.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and attract new customers.
• Manage digital marketing, branding, and promotional activities.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer demand assessment.
• Guide and mentor the sales team to achieve leads and targets.
• Manage industrial events, exhibitions, and product demonstrations.

Educational Requirements
• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
• Diploma in Electrical
• Skills Required: Sales & Marketing

Experience Requirements
• 2 to 5 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
• Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company
