Job Description / Responsibility
Develop and execute effective sales strategies aligned with company goals.
Explore and secure new business opportunities, with a strong focus on expanding our customer base in the Chittagong zone.
Build and nurture lasting relationships with existing and potential clients.
Conduct regular client visits in the Chittagong zone to ensure high levels of service and engagement.
Monitor industry trends, gather market insights, and stay ahead of competitor activities.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to client needs.
Negotiate and close sales deals with professionalism and integrity.
Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to support promotional campaigns and client-specific solutions.
Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports.
Maintain regular communication and reporting with the Head Office in Dhaka.

Educational Requirements
Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering
Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing

Skills Required:
Customer Relations, Sales & Marketing, Business Development, Business Negotiation, Presentation and Reporting, Problem solving and analytical skill

Experience Requirements
4 to 7 year(s)

The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Garments Accessories

Additional Requirements
Proven experience in Bangladesh's RMG sector. Specially Garments Accessories sector candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
Experience and industry is relaxed for potential Textile background candidates.
Proven ability to manage and develop strong client relationships.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preference will be given to candidates residing in Chittagong.
Self-motivated with a hunter mindset; proactive and willing to go the extra mile.

Willingness to travel extensively within the territory and beyond as needed.
