The Enterprise Digital Strategy Advisor serves as a strategic partner to executive leadership, driving the organization s digital transformation roadmap across enterprise functions. This role provides expert guidance on digital strategy formulation, innovation, and adoption of emerging technologies to enhance business value, operational efficiency, and compliance alignment with enterprise frameworks ( NCA, ISO, and Aramco standards). Key Responsibilities: 1. Digital Strategy & Roadmap Development Develop and refine the organization s enterprise digital strategy in alignment with corporate objectives and sector mandates. Identify and prioritize digital transformation initiatives across business units, ensuring synergy between IT, operations, and business goals. Define KPIs and success metrics to measure the impact and maturity of digital initiatives. 2. Enterprise Architecture & Governance Collaborate with architecture, cybersecurity, and governance teams to ensure digital initiatives align with enterprise architecture, data governance, and compliance frameworks. Recommend digital solutions that adhere to security, regulatory, and performance requirements. 3. Emerging Technology & Innovation Advisory Research, evaluate, and advise on adoption of emerging technologies (AI, cloud, automation, data analytics, etc.) with practical business relevance. Lead innovation assessments and proof-of-concept (PoC) evaluations to determine feasibility and business fit. 4. Business Transformation Enablement Partner with business and IT leaders to redesign processes for digital efficiency, scalability, and user experience. Act as a change agent to promote a culture of digital adoption and innovation within the organization. Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to align on digital priorities, value realization, and operational readiness. 5. Performance & Portfolio Management Oversee the digital project portfolio to ensure alignment with strategic objectives, budgets, and timelines. Provide executive-level reporting, dashboards, and insights to support decision-making. 6. Stakeholder Engagement & Advisory Serve as an advisor to executive management, providing actionable insights on digital maturity, opportunities, and risks. Maintain strong relationships with internal departments, vendors, and strategic partners to ensure cohesive execution of the digital agenda. ","requirements":" Qualifications: Education: Bachelor s or Master s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field. Experience: Minimum of 14+ years in IT strategy, enterprise architecture, or digital transformation advisory roles. Experience in multi-cloud, cybersecurity, and enterprise modernization programs preferred. Prior exposure to Aramco, NCA, and ISO frameworks is highly desirable. Certifications (preferred): TOGAF, ITIL, COBIT, PMP, CDTO, or equivalent digital transformation credentials. Core Competencies: Strategic thinking and enterprise-wide perspective.
