About the Role

You'll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns across Meta platforms, driving performance through creativity, analytics, and strategic thinking.

Responsibilities
• Plan and manage Meta ad campaigns for both our
Agency and Clients projects
• Develop ad strategies, set budgets, and execute performance-driven campaigns
• Create ad copies, visuals, and audience targeting strategies that convert
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI
• Handle
eCommerce business ads
, including product-based campaigns and remarketing
• Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis for continuous improvement
• Plan and execute engaging content for social media platforms

Qualifications
• Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager and Business Suite
• Knowledge of Pixel setup, Conversion API, and Server-side Tracking
• Experience with TikTok Marketing or Google Ads is a plus
• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in social media marketing
• Strong creative and analytical skills for content and visuals

• Location: Shantibag, North Agrabad, Chattogram
• Time: 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Job Type: Hybrid (Onsite + Remote)
• Salary: Negotiable (Based on skills and experience)
