Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Cutting Manager at Knit Concern Group, located in Dhaka. As a Cutting Manager, you will oversee and manage the entire cutting department to ensure smooth production operations. Responsibilities will include planning, scheduling, and monitoring the fabric cutting processes, ensuring quality control, minimizing fabric wastage, and maintaining on-time delivery standards. You will also manage and train a skilled team, address operational challenges, and ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards.

Qualifications
• Strong expertise in fabric cutting processes, pattern making, and garment production
• Experience in production planning, scheduling, and managing cutting operations
• Knowledge of quality standards, fabric properties, and waste minimization practices
• Leadership and team management skills to effectively lead and motivate teams
• Proficiency in using relevant cutting tools, machinery, and software
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
• Familiarity with workplace safety regulations and compliance requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Textiles, Garment Technology, or a relevant field is preferred
• Prior experience in a similar role within the garment or textile industry is highly desirable
