Job Description
ROLE SUMMARY
Community Marketing Lead is responsible for creating brand awareness and building brand loyalty through impactful community activations. The role focuses on establishing locally relevant relationships and creating meaningful, long-term partnerships with studios, brand ambassadors, and local communities to reach new guests and strengthen lululemon s community presence.
ROLE PROFILE
Build and maintain relationships with shopping centers and local studios.
Manage community initiatives and related costs, ensuring compliance with the approved budget.
Develop and sustain strong professional relationships with Store Ambassadors and Store Teams.
Organize and oversee photoshoots with ambassadors and local athletes within the community.
Ensure full compliance with brand standards across all community activations.
Liaise with and leverage relationships with key players in local athletic communities and affiliated studios.
Act as a brand guardian for all community requests, ensuring smooth communication, planning, and implementation of events.
REQUIREMENTS
Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Bachelor s degree preferred).
Minimum of 5 years experience in marketing or event management, ideally within the fitness or lifestyle industry.
Excellent communication skills.
Must be a strong team player with the ability to build collaborative relationships.
