Job Description / Responsibility

Objective of this role:
• Supervising and managing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.
• Reporting project updates, milestones and potential risks to the project manager and key stakeholders.
• Analyzing and interpreting engineering drawings, survey reports and other technical documentation to guide the construction process.
• Planning and overseeing allocating resources, materials and equipment to optimize project efficiency.
• Monitoring project costs, identifying cost-saving opportunities and adhering to budget constraints.
• Providing technical guidance and expertise to resolve construction-related challenges.

Job Location: As per Construction site

Have to do:
• Oversee and manage construction activities at the site, ensuring adherence to project specifications, codes and safety regulations.
• Have to understand work from contractor as per plan.
• Have to stay Construction site as well as monitor progress, identify potential issues and ensure compliance with engineering and design requirements.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, architects and subcontractors to ensure timely project completion.
• Analyze and interpret engineering plans, aerial photography, blueprints, topographical & geologic data and technical drawings to plan and execute construction activities.
• Coordinate the procurement and delivery of construction materials, ensuring their compliance with industry standards.
• Identifying potential risks and implementing preventive measures to minimise project delays, cost overruns and safety hazards.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, site diaries, change orders and quality control measures.

Educational Requirements
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
• Diploma in Engineering in Civil Engineering
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering from any reputed University.
• Diploma in Engineering in Civil Engineering.

Experience Requirements
• At least 3 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
• Logistic/Courier/Air Express Companies,Clearing and Forwarding (C and F) Companies,Hotel,Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM),Freight forwarding,Fisheries,Financial Consultants,Importer,Jewelry/Gem,E-commerce

Additional Requirements
• Must Know-AutoCAD, MS Word, MS Excel, ERP Software
• The applicant should have experience in construction budgeting and cost estimation in the real Estate.
• Strong understanding of construction methods & materials.
• Ability to read all type of drawings.
