Position: CEO (External Client)

We are seeking for an accomplished and visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead its strategic, operational, and technological direction. This role offers a unique opportunity to build and scale a next-generation defense organization focused on innovation, advanced systems development, and global competitiveness.

The CEO will oversee the research, development, design, manufacturing, and delivery of cutting-edge technologies and defense systems for both government and commercial clients.
Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership
• Define and execute a comprehensive corporate strategy aligned with defense and aerospace market demands, regulatory frameworks, and national security priorities.
• Lead organizational growth, transformation, and operational excellence from inception to full-scale implementation.
• Represent the company in high-level engagements with government entities, defense ministries, and international industry partners.
Technology & Innovation Oversight
• Direct and oversee R&D initiatives in advanced areas such as aerospace propulsion, radar systems, unmanned platforms, AI-enabled defense technologies, and space systems.
• Champion innovation and ensure the integration of advanced technologies to maintain a competitive advantage.
• Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with research institutions, global defense contractors, and technology firms.
Program & Project Development
• Supervise major defense contracts, technology programs, and product development initiatives.
• Ensure the successful delivery of projects in alignment with quality, cost, and schedule objectives.
• Oversee compliance, risk management, and adherence to national and international defense standards.
Qualifications & Experience
• Background:
Defense Technology, Software, IP Network Communications, Avionics.
• Years of

Experience:

15 – 20 years in the same or related field.
• Demonstrated success in leading large-scale defense or aerospace programs and cross-functional teams.
• Deep understanding of defense procurement frameworks, technological innovation, and regulatory compliance.
• Advanced degree in Engineering, Defense Studies, Aerospace Technology, or related discipline; MBA or Doctorate preferred.
• Proven record of executive leadership, strategic vision, and stakeholder engagement at the highest level.
