Job Brief

We are looking for a motivated and goal-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth of the company. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales, communication, and strategic thinking.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify potential clients through market research, networking, and lead generation.
• Pitch IT services, software solutions, or digital products to prospective clients.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
• Prepare and present business proposals and presentations.
• Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to align client needs with service offerings.
• Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client communications using CRM tools.
• Participate in events, expos, or online campaigns to promote brand awareness.

Requirements & Skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (Bengali & English).
• Basic understanding of IT services, software, and digital marketing is preferred.
• Self-motivated with a target-driven attitude.
• Confident in client meetings, calls, and negotiations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with CRM tools, Excel/Sheets, and business communication platforms.
• Strong presentation and documentation skills.

Educational Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any relevant field.
• Candidates with a background in IT or experience in SaaS sales will get preference.
